In short: you're buying PDF cheat sheets to download straight away and keep for your own revision. Because the download is instant, the usual 14-day cancellation period doesn't apply once you've agreed to that at checkout. If a sheet has a mistake or a file doesn't work, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. The sheets are revision material, not legal advice.

Orders are processed by Stripe as the seller of record (merchant of record). Stripe takes your payment, handles any tax due on the sale, sends your receipt and deals with payment queries and disputes. We never see your card details. Ameloria provides the cheat sheets and is responsible for them.
Digital PDF cheat sheets, sold in bundles. Each bundle's page lists the sheets in it. Straight after paying you are taken to a page where you can download them, and Stripe emails you a receipt. If you lose the download link, email us and we will send the files again.
Prices are in pounds sterling and are shown on the cheat sheets page. The price you see is the price you pay. Any VAT that applies where you live is included in it, not added on top.
The sheets are for your own personal revision. You can download, view and print them for yourself. You can't share, upload, resell or copy them for anyone else, or use them to teach or run a course, without our written permission. The sheets and their design belong to Ameloria.
Your files may show your email address, so we can trace copies that are shared.
Normally you can cancel an online order within 14 days. For digital content that you download straight away, that right ends once the download starts, as long as you agreed to this when you ordered. At checkout we'll ask you to confirm that you want the download straight away and understand you lose the right to cancel.
The sheets must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If a file won't open, a sheet is missing, or a sheet contains a mistake in the law or the figures, email hello@ameloria.co.uk. We'll fix it and send you a corrected copy, or if we can't, give you a refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights.
We research every sheet against current law and check each one before it goes on sale. Each sheet says which tax year its figures are for. The law and the SQE1 specification change, so always check the specification for your own sitting.
If we update a sheet you've bought (for example, when the tax figures change in April), email hello@ameloria.co.uk with your order confirmation and we'll send you the new version free.
The sheets are revision material for the SQE1 exam. They aren't legal advice and shouldn't be relied on for anyone's real situation.
If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our responsibility where the law says it can't be limited. Our total responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
